[origin: CA2682218A1] The present invention relates to the field of cellulose wadding products for sanitary or domestic use and in particular to products in roll form, suc h as rolls of toilet paper (or hygiene paper) and the like. The subject of t he invention is a roll of fibrous cellulose-based product, characterized in that it comprises a wound web of cellulose wadding sheets (2) separated by p erforated or prescored lines (4), the individual plies (3) of each sheet (2) being bonded to a peripheral surface (5) comprising between 4% and 60% of t he total area of each sheet (2).
