[origin: WO2008135366A1] The invention relates to an aircraft engine mounting device including a rigid structure and means for mounting the engine on said rigid structure, said mounting means including a device (14) for absorbing the thrust force generated by the engine, which thrust absorbing device (14) comprises two link rods (26) mechanically connected at a rear end (26b) thereof to a crossbar (28) by a first mechanical connection, a main bracket (24) secured to the rigid structure, to which the crossbar (28) is mechanically connected, and two supplementary brackets (56) secured to the rigid structure, to which the link rods (26) are mechanically connected with clearance. According to the invention, the mechanical connections between the crossbar (28) and the main bracket (24) and between the link rods (26) and the supplementary brackets (56) each include an axis orthogonal to a force transmission mid-plane.
