Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2143356A1] The device has a monitor support provided for a flat-panel display (2). The support has two pivots that rearwardly slide the support from a non-usage position to a usage position via a slotted link, using an electric motor. The support is linearly slid perpendicular to a worktop (1). The support has a monitor slide on which a monitor holder is pivotably fastened. The holder is held in the slotted link and pivots during sliding of the support. The slotted link is arranged in a side wall of a housing. The support is attached to a circumferential toothed belt of a transmission of the motor.
