Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2143499A1] The element (1) has a cylindrical body (2) forming a cage and supplied with gas i.e. air, and liquid i.e. water. A rotating nozzle (3) is mounted on bearings (4, 5) in the body. The rotating nozzle comprises two pipes (10, 15) supplied with gas and liquid from a lateral gas nozzle (11) and a small liquid nozzle, respectively. The ejection of gas through the gas nozzle permits rotation of the rotating nozzle and spraying of the liquid from the small liquid nozzle.
