[origin: EP2143841A2] The system (1) has a closed primary cooling circuit (3) dissipating excessive heat, and including fluid/water heat exchangers (2.1-2.3) transferring the heat to a secondary cooling circuit (2). The secondary cooling circuit includes a cooling recirculated water container (6) with cooling water regions (6a, 6b), which are separated from each other by a pipe connection (16) and a valve (17). The secondary cooling circuit runs from the heat exchangers in the region (6a) before a heat precipitator (7). An independent claim is also included for a cooling process for using and guiding excessive process heat and machine heat.
