[origin: EP2143864A1] The window (1) or door has a motor drive device arranged on a quadrant arm (7). The motor drive device drives a deployment arm (6) with a closed wing (3) using locking movement and/or unlocking movement by pulling a movable locking element (15). The deployment arm and the quadrant arm are driven by the motor drive device using driving and activating movement. The quadrant arm forms an opening scissor (4) between the closed wing and a fixed frame (2). The quadrant arm and the deployment arm are hinged in a hinging position.
