The arrangement (100) has a pump unit (110) driven by a driveshaft (103). The unit has a cylinder housing (111) enclosing a cylinder chamber (112), and a pump piston (113) arranged in the chamber, and staying in operative connection with the driveshaft. Another pump unit (120) driven by the driveshaft has a cylinder housing (121), and a pump piston (123) arranged in a cylinder chamber (122) in an axially movable manner and staying in operative connection with the driveshaft. The units are hydraulically coupled, and the unit (120) is hydraulically downstream the unit (110).

Eine Pumpenanordnung (100) zur Förderung eines Fluids umfasst einen Gehäusekörper (101) mit einem Kurbelraum (102) und eine in dem Kurbelraum (102) angeordnete Antriebswelle (103). Zwei von der Antriebswelle (103) antreibbare Pumpeneinheiten (110; 120) sind als Kolbenpumpen ausgebildet. Die Pumpeneinheiten weisen jeweils auf: ein Zylindergehäuse (111; 211), das einen Zylinderraum (112; 212) umgibt, einen Pumpenkolben (113; 213), der axial bewegbar in dem Zylinderraum (112; 212) angeordnet ist und der mit der Antriebswelle (103) in Wirkverbindung steht. Die Pumpeneinheit (110) und die weitere Pumpeneinheit (120) sind hydraulisch gekoppelt und die weitere Pumpeneinheit (120) ist der Pumpeneinheit (110) hydraulisch nachgeschaltet.
