[origin: EP2144215A2] The method involves providing information about an actual position (8) and a target (10) of a specialty vehicle (4) e.g. police vehicle, by a module of a vehicle (2) i.e. motor vehicle. The module is formed for determining a vehicle route (14), and a specialty vehicle route (12), running between the position and the target and reserved by the specialty vehicle, is determined by the module. The vehicle route is determined under consideration of the specialty vehicle route that is calculated for the specialty vehicle. A starting point of the specialty vehicle is provided as the position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an arrangement for determining a vehicle route for a vehicle (2) a computer program comprising instructions to perform a method for determining a vehicle route for a vehicle (3) a computer program product comprising instructions to perform a method for determining a vehicle route for a vehicle.
