Abstract (en)
The machine has a film coiling device (6) with a shaft (18), a pipe (12) and a hinged sheet metal (17). The film coiling device is designed such that the sheet metal is moved from one foldable position to another foldable position and vice versa by relative motion between the shaft and the pipe for circumferential extension and reduction of the pipe, respectively. The shaft is supported in the pipe, where the pipe and shaft are rotated opposite to each other. The shaft is rotatably connected with a disk (16) comprising a set of actuators (14).

Eine Verpackungsmaschine mit einer Folienaufwickelvorrichtung (6) weist eine Welle (18), ein Rohr (12) und mindestens ein klappbares Blech (17) auf. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine sichere, kostengünstige und hygienegerechte vorrichtung bereitzustellen, die zudem den Nachteil der problematischen Entfernung der aufgewickelten Folie (10) ausräumt. Hierfür ist die Folienaufwickelvorrichtung (6) so ausgebildet, dass das Blech (17) zur Umfangsvergrößerung des Rohrs (12) durch eine Relativbewegung zwischen der Welle (18) und dem Rohr (12) aus einer ersten eingeklappten Position in eine zweite ausgeklappte Position bewegbar ist.
