[origin: EP2146032A1] The device (1) has a drive (12), and a force transmitting unit (14) for transmitting a drive force to a closing device. The force transmitting unit is connected to a locking unit of the closing device. An end section (22) of the transmitting unit is deflected by a deflecting unit (24) based upon a movement direction (26) for closing the closing device in another movement direction (28) for actuating the locking unit, where the end section is turned towards the closing device. The deflecting unit is arranged in a housing (20) or the device.
