Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2146045A2] The bent crank (1) has a central piece (2) and two end pieces made of metal or plastic, from which an end piece connects a crank piece (3), which is applied for manual cranking, and the other end piece, particularly a handle piece (4) is connected with a rod to be driven. The central piece is connected with both the end pieces by bent joints. The bent joints are formed as hinge joint with multiple, interlocking flat pieces (18,21). A joint end piece (13) is provided, which comprises three spaced flat pieces and another joint end piece (16) is provided, which comprises two flat pieces.
