Abstract (en)
The package has a base plate (2) made of deformable plastic or vegetable fiber, and with an upper peripheral edge (10) extending around and above a bottom (6) of the plate. A bell type deformable plastic cover (3) is removably mounted on the plate by a peripheral edge (15) of the cover. A ventilation orifice (12) is formed in a traversing manner on the upper edge, and located towards interior of the cover when the cover is mounted on the plate. The upper edge is extended integrally above the bottom such that interior of the package freely communicates with exterior of the package.

La présente invention concerne un emballage (1) en particulier adapté pour contenir un fromage à pâte molle dans des conditions d'affinage et de conservation améliorées, l'emballage comportant : - un socle (2, 2') comprenant un fond (6) destiné à recevoir le fromage et un rebord périphérique (10) qui s'étend autour et au-dessus de ce fond, et - un couvercle (3, 3') de type cloche monté amovible sur le socle par un bord périphérique (15) de ce couvercle qui coopère avec ledit rebord, au moins un orifice de ventilation (12, 12a à 12r) de l'emballage étant formé de manière traversante sur ledit rebord en étant situé vers l'intérieur du couvercle lorsque ce dernier est monté sur le socle, ledit ou chaque orifice demeurant au moins partiellement ouvert suite à ce montage, caractérisé en ce que ledit rebord s'étend intégralement au-dessus du fond (6), de telle sorte que l'intérieur de l'emballage peut librement communiquer avec l'extérieur de l'emballage.
