Abstract (en)

The present invention discloses the conventional cold heat absorbing and the heat dissipating warming energy discharge device (100) being further made to the single flow circuit (101) functional structure for periodic positive and reverse directional pumping (123), wherein it is through changing the flow direction of the positive or reverse directional pumping the fluid (10) passing through the flow circuit (101) to timely improve the temperature distribution status between the fluid (10) and the heat absorbing/release device (100) as well as to reduce the disadvantages of impurity accumulations at fixed flow direction.
