Abstract (en)
The cable (10) has an electrically insulating casing layer formed of electric insulation (2) and electrically insulating outer sheath (3) surrounding electric conductors (1) i.e. mass or multi-strand conductors. The layer is obtained from a composition comprising a thermoplastic polymer and a hydro-carbonated resin. The resin has a softening point between 70 degree Celsius and 140 degree Celsius, and 5-carbon or 9-carbon alkyl chain. The composition includes a fireproof charge and a wax i.e. fatty acid amide, to facilitate casing extrusion of composition.

La présente invention concerne un câble électrique (10) comprenant un ou plusieurs conducteurs électriques (1), et une couche tubante (2, 3) polymérique entourant le ou les conducteurs électriques, ladite couche tubante (2, 3) étant obtenue à partir d'une composition comprenant un polymère thermoplastique et une résine hydrocarbonée.
