Abstract (en)
The device (1) has a winding core (7) pressed by a regulating device (12) and supported at a central supporting roller (3) under formation of a winding slot (9). A supporting unit (14) supports a winding process during transportation of a front material course (13) to the winding core. The winding process supporting unit includes a flow medium generating device (17) for generating a directed flow of a flow medium to support a transformation of a material web (M) and an adhesion supporting device (30) for supporting an adhesion of the material web to the winding core.

Die vorliegende Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, den Wirkungsgrad der eingangs genannten Materialbahntrockneranordnung noch weiter zu erhöhen. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (14) zur Unterstützung des Anwickelvorganges eine Einrichtung (17) zur Erzeugung einer gerichteten Strömung eines Strömungsmediums zur Unterstützung der Führung der Materialbahn (M, M1, M2) und eine weitere zweite Einrichtung zur Unterstützung des Anhaftens der Materialbahn (M, M1, M2) an der Wickelhülse (7a, 7b) umfassen.
