[origin: EP2149653A2] The wall edge formwork (3) has a step formwork unit (4) and a holder (5) for the step formwork unit, which is fastened to reinforcement (6) of the base plate (1). The step formwork unit has a vertical step formwork section (7) for concreting the step and a horizontal base formwork section for concreting a storage space (9) for a single-face wall formwork. An independent claim is included for a method for positioning a single-face wall formwork with form work panels and brace frames on a base plate made of concrete.
