The external protection element insertion device (1) has a roller blind which is designed as a sunshade. The roller blind is made of an insulating material, and has a collapsable element mounted at a masonry wall. The collapsable element has a block element (2) at a side. A fastening element (16) is attached at a lower side of the block element for fastening the external protection element (13). The collapsable element is made of expanded polystyrene foam or extruded polystyrene foam. The fastening element is made of polyvinyl chloride, wood, aluminum or iron.

Eine Einrichtung für den zeit- und kostensparenden Einbau eines Außen-Schutzelementes (13) zum fallweisen Bedecken oder Freigeben einer Maueröffnung (14), wie eines Sonnenschutzes, einer Rollo oder dergleichen, mit einem von einem Isoliermaterial gebildeten und an einer Mauerwerkswand montierbaren Sturzelement (1), mit einem Blockelement (2), an das eine das Blockelement (2) an einer Seite nach unten verlängernde und das Außen-Schutzelement (13) bedeckende Schürze (3) anschließt, wobei unter dem Blockelement ein das Außen-Schutzelement (13) aufnehmender Freiraum (12) vorhanden ist. An der Unterseite des Blockelements (2) ist ein Befestigungselement (16) für das Außen-Schutzelement (13) befestigt.
