[origin: EP2149757A2] Fluid-guiding device comprises a flat channel (10) having a larger maximum width (B) than the maximum height (H) and an opening in the form of a longitudinal hole (12) with a larger maximum width (b) than the maximum length (l). The maximum width of the longitudinal hole is aligned with the maximum width of the flat channel. An independent claim is also included for a cooking device with the above fluid-guiding device. Preferred Features: The longitudinal cross-sectional surface of the longitudinal hole is at least 100% of the cross-sectional surface of the flat channel. The maximum width of the flat channel is at least 1.5 times larger than the maximum height of the flat channel.
