[origin: WO2008131753A1] The invention relates to a positioning device, in particular a clamping chuck for a machine tool, comprising a base body (12), a driven body (14) arranged in front of the base body (12) with respect to the longitudinal axis (L) for connection to a workpiece (56), a connecting element (16) connected to the base body (12) and extending along the longitudinal axis (L), and at least two eccentric actuators (18) which are fixed to the base body (12) and act transversely in relation to the longitudinal axis (L). Said eccentric actuators (18) are configured to displace the driven body (14) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (L) with respect to the base body (12) by elastic deformation of the connecting element (6). According to the invention, the positioning device (10) comprises at least two tilt actuators (36), particularly tilt piezo actuators, for tilting the driven body (14) relative to the base body (12).
