Abstract (en)

The method involves setting up a part of an expendable material required for packing in the setting up area in dependence to the material web rolls to be packed, particularly the number and parameter of the material web rolls. The expendable material required for packing is supplied in dependence of the characteristics of the expendable material demanded for packing. An independent claim is included for a system for setting up parameter for expendable material of a device for packing of material web rolls.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Optimierung der Betriebsweise von Vorrichtungen (1) zur Verpackung von Materialbahnrollen (2.1-2.n), bei welchem das zur Verpackung erforderliche Verbrauchsmaterial (VM soll ) in einem Rüstbereich (10) in der Vorrichtung (1) bereitgestellt wird. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil des zur Verpackung erforderlichen Verbrauchsmaterials (VM soll ) im Rüstbereich (10) in Abhängigkeit der zu verpackenden Materialbahnrollen (2.1-2.n), insbesondere der Anzahl (N2 soll ) und Parameter (PD) der Materialbahnrollen (2.1-2.n) vorgerüstet werden. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein System (15) zur Rüstvorgabe für Verbrauchsmaterialien.
