Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wirkmittel zur wahlweisen Herbeiführung einer Deflagration unter Nebelbildung oder einer Detonation, wobei das Wirkmittel eine roten Phosphor, ein Nitramin und ein Bindemittel umfassende Wirkmasse aufweist und so ausgestattet ist, dass es wahlweise mit einem thermischen Zünder oder einem detonierenden Zünder zum Zünden der Wirkmasse bestückt werden kann.
