[origin: EP2151628A2] The device has a medium for pressure impinged positioning of a conveyor fluid in a feeding device. A volume flow of the fuel is displaced in a rotating whirling movement. The medium has multiple twisted nozzles (5), which are formed and arranged such that the conveying fluid adjusts the flow rate of the fuel, and the rotating whirling movement of the flow rate of the fuel is caused on a path in the combustion chamber. The conveyor fluid leaks from the twisted nozzles under pressure. An independent claim is included for a method for positioning a flow rate of fractional fuel in a combustion chamber of the combustion plant.
