[origin: WO2009004191A2] The invention relates to a hairdressing apparatus that comprises: a gripping means (2), a body for winding a hair lock about the longitudinal axis thereof, said body including an electric heating member and having an outer surface (5) for winding the hair that extends substantially along the entire length thereof, a clamp (7) for attaching the lock on the winding body (3) and an electric motor for rotating the winding body about the longitudinal axis thereof. According to the invention, the apparatus includes at least one heating plate (9, 10) provided opposite the outer surface (5) of the winding body (3), said plate being mounted so as to be capable of movement relative to the winding body in order to apply a pressure on the hair lock.
