[origin: WO2008135155A1] The invention relates to a furniture hinge having a door stop part (2a) comprising an insertion cup (2) mounted in a cup bore (3) of a furniture door (4). A support arm (1') connected to a furniture body is supported thereon. A damping device operates between the door stop part (2a) and the support arm (1), the damping cylinder (19) of which is disposed in a dowel bore (17) next to and parallel to the axis of the cup bore (3). The support arm (1) has a stop protrusion (26) operatively connecting to the piston rod (24) of the damping cylinder (19) during a pivoting motion of the door stop part (2a) relative to the support arm (1). A pivoting flap (22) is pivotally supported on the damping cylinder (19), engaging with the stop protrusion (26).
