[origin: EP2154325A2] The device has lamellae (1) including uneven-partial wave sections bending alternative to each other in an opposite direction. One of the partial wave sections includes a concave curve for a bottom bar in a completely opened curtain position. The lamellae are arranged at a distance to a closed curtain, such that a minimum elevation height (H) of each lamella is twisted against a curtain lifting direction. External sides of the lamellae rest close to a curved peak (17) of another one of sections of the lamellae in the completely opened curtain position.
