[origin: WO2008135346A1] The invention relates to a housing of an exhaust hood, designed to receive at least one ventilator housing and at least one motor and blower wheel enclosed in the ventilator housing, in particular a radial ventilator. The exhaust hood housing has an aspiration opening for the fumes or vapours from a cooker, and a box (20) for the electronic components of the exhaust hood, in particular the motor and blower wheel, is provided between the ventilator housing (10) and the aspiration opening (2). The invention also relates to an exhaust hood fitted with such an exhaust hood housing.
