The sole has a mid-sole (12) with a mid-sole body (10), which extend over a heel region (16), a middle foot region (24) and a ball-toe region (26). The mid-sole body includes an air inlet opening (22) in the heel region and air outlet openings (28) in the middle foot region and/or the ball-toe region, where a ventilation channel (30) connects the air inlet opening to the air outlet openings. The ventilation channel is covered on a side by a cover under stress during walking, where the side is turned away from an outsole and the cover is elastically flexible in a direction to the outsole.

Der Mittelsohlenkörper (10) weist im Fersenbereich (16) Lufteintrittöffnungen 22 sowie im Mittelfussbereich (24) und/oder Ballen-Zehenbereich (26) Luftaustrittöffnungen (28) auf. Die Lufteintrittöffnungen (22) sind mit den Luftaustrittöffnungen (28) über einen Ventilationskanal (30) verbunden. Dieser ist mittels einer unter Belastung beim Gehen elastisch in Richtung auf die Laufsohle hin nachgiebigen Abdeckung überdeckt. Beim Gehen mit einem derartigen Schuhboden wird in Folge des Abrollens eine Luftventilation erzwungen und somit Wärme aus dem Schuhboden abgeführt.
