Flexion- or torsion-spring, preferably screw-, sheet-, coil-, plate-, rod- or membrane spring, comprises at least one semicrystalline polyester. An independent claim is included for a process for manufacturing the flexion- or torsion-spring, comprising forming the flexion- or torsion-spring from at least one polyester-containing composition, and transforming at least a portion of the polyester before or after forming to semicrystalline polyester.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Biege- oder Torsionsfeder, insbesondere eine Schrauben-, Blatt-, Spiral-, Teller-, Stab- oder Membranfeder, welche wenigstens einen teilkristallinen Polyester enthält. Vorzugsweise besteht die Biege- oder Torsionsfeder aus Polyethylenterephthalat mit einem Kristallinitätsgrad von 20 bis 90 %, besonders bevorzugt von 40 bis 80 %, ganz besonders bevorzugt von 50 bis 80 % und höchst bevorzugt von 50 bis 75 %.
