[origin: EP2157253A1] The element (1) has two side plates (12, 13), which are sidewise spaced from each other. The element is composed of a front side (11) and a continuous one-piece grille (G) that is made of metal e.g. V2A stainless steel. The grille is bendable, non-cutting disjointable and/or cutable. The side plates are cut form an outside to an upper end (14) and/or a lower end (15) at one or both ends, respectively. The side plates at one or both ends are begun to cut from exterior to the upper end and/or lower end.
