[origin: WO2009000669A1] The invention is based on a refrigeration device having a refrigerant circuit with a refrigeration generator and at least one heat exchanger (1, 14), wherein the heat exchanger (1, 14) has a tube (6) which conducts refrigerant, and a heat exchange body (2-5, 15, 16) which is connected to said tube in a thermally conductive manner. According to the invention, the tube (6) is placed around an insertion heat exchange body (2-5) or the tube (6) runs inside a clip-on heat exchange body (15, 16).
