Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2158976A1] The oscillator has two shaft groups (1,2) which are arranged at two unbalanced groups and are connected with a drive through which they are set in rotation. The two shaft groups are linked to the drive in such a manner that the speed of the latter shaft group accounts for multiple speed of the former shaft group. One shaft group is connected to a phase shifter which is adjustable over the static moment of the shaft groups.
