Abstract (en)
The compressor has a piston (2) designed as a stepped piston, and a piston rod (3) for converting a rotary movement of the crankshaft into a linear movement for the piston. The piston rod directly connects the piston with a crankshaft (4), which drives the piston and the piston rod. The piston comprises two piston parts (5, 6) that are attached to working chambers (17, 18) and are received in cylinders (20, 21), respectively, where one of the piston parts exhibits a diameter smaller than another piston part.

Ein Kolbenkompressor zum Verdichten von gasförmigen Medien in Tauchkolbenkompressor-Bauweise weist einen Stufenkolben (2), eine einteilige Kurbelwelle (4) zum Antreiben des Stufenkolbens (2) und einen einteiligen Pleuel (3) auf. Der Stufenkolben (2) enthält einen ersten Kolbenteil (5) und einen zweiten Kolbenteil (6), wobei der zweite Kolbenteil (6) einen kleineren Durchmesser als der erste Kolbenteil (5) aufweist. Zum Vorgeben von Arbeitsräumen (17, 18) ist jeder der den jeweiligen Kobenteilen zugeordneten Zylinder (17, 18) jeweils durch eine Platte (22, 23) mit einer Ventilanordnung verschlossen.
