Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2161730A1] The device has a reduction equipment for reducing control force of the device. The equipment has an operating unit that is operated in two opposed directions during operation of the device in opening and closing directions of contacts, respectively. A compression spring (7) co-operates with shifting arms (22-25) during passage of the spring above a dead point passage line, and controls a change in operating direction of the operating unit. The spring is connected to a control arm that is driven in rotation between two positions corresponding to closing and opening positions of the contacts.
