[origin: EP2163167A1] The spike has a metal frame (11) comprising a horizontal support plate (12) equipped with vertical anchoring points (14). A length adjusting unit adjusts length of a single blade or double blade front tip (13) between reversing and forward positions. The adjusting unit has orifices (20, 21) arranged in a middle part of the front tip for passing a fixation screw (22) in each position. A slide connection cooperates with a positioning crosspiece (24) integrated to the frame, where sliding of the connection corresponds to longitudinal displacement of the screw between the orifices.
