Abstract (en)
The method involves conveying products to a sorting plate (3) that sorts the products in a pattern at a cup in a continuously or synchronously moved film web. The oriented products are conveyed from the cup to filling pipes (4) of a filing unit (7). The plate is activated with vertically oriented vibrations using an activating unit (1) arranged above the plate. The activating unit acts above center of mass of the plate on a fastening plate (2), to transmit the vibrations to the sorting plate. An independent claim is also included for a supply for controlled transfer of products stored as bulk goods.

Bei einem Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Zuführung für den kontrollierten Transfer von als Schüttgut bereitgehaltenen Produkten in die Näpfe einer kontinuierlich oder getaktet bewegten Folienbahn werden die Produkte auf eine die Produkte in dem Muster der Näpfe in der Folienbahn sortierende Sortierplatte (3) und die entsprechend ausgerichteten Produkte von dort in die Füllröhrchen (4) einer Ablegeeinheit überführt. Die Sortierplatte (3) wird mittels einer oberhalb der Sortierplatte (3) angeordneten Anregungseinheit (1) zu vertikal gerichteten Schwingungen anregt. Bei dem Verfahren wirkt die Anregungseinheit (1) oberhalb des Massenschwerpunktes der Sortierplatte (3) auf eine Befestigungsplatte (2) ein, um die vertikal gerichteten Schwingungen auf die Sortierplatte (3) zu übertragen
