[origin: EP2163820A1] The burner has a mixer (3) arranged at an intake side (2) of a blower (1). The mixer mixes air and gas, where the air is suck by a suction channel (4) and the gas is supplied by a gas intake (12) of a suction channel. The mixer includes a housing with a ring-shaped air inlet (5) whose circumference is provided with a set of recesses (6) that is spaced at a distance from each other. The housing of the mixer is formed in a single piece. The housing includes an angular disk (11).
