Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1795819A1] There is provided an air conditioner that can suppress deterioration of a screw fixing portion of a face panel, or an air conditioner that can easily adjust the air flow amount to an air blowing duct without increasing the number of parts even when the air blowing duct is afterwards assembled.. The face panel is fixed to a unit main body by a fixing member, and provided with a hermetically accommodating portion for substantially hermetically accommodating a portion of the face panel at which stress occurs due to the fixing member and from which the fixing member is exposed. Knockout holes along the edge portions of plural opening planed ports that can selectively intercommunicate with the air blowing duct are formed on a connection planed surface of the air blowing duct in the housing so as to be spaced from one another.
