Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2009006713A2] "SEALING SYSTEM FOR PACKAGE", created to avoid undesirable leakage and to enable to obtain a different and innovatively designed package, not affecting sealing performance, characterized by being constituted by a roll-on type package made of plastic material (1), being provided with a higher section (2) with semi-spherical shape (3) to internally couple the sphere (4), and a lower section (5) composing the body to hold the packed product, which form is at the manufacturer's discretion, and, in the internal part, between said two sections (2 and 5), one or more circular-shaped membranes (6) located in parallel one over the other, when required, are formed and exactly positioned jointly to the sphere (4), during the flask manufacturing process itself (be it by blowing, injection blow, blow + injection, blow + compression or injection), and both the flask and the circular membrane(s) (6) may be made of one single material or different materials, aiming to better compensate deformations of the sphere (4) which is usually made of rigid material, better lodging and involving it next to the circular membrane(s) (6), preferably with more flexible material, thus guaranteeing better system sealing and obtaining a safer package.
