Abstract (en)
The chair has upright bars (8) arranged at a distance from each other. A covering (11) made of elastic textile material and provided between the bars has a hem-stitching (12) at its upright edges. The bars are passed through the covering and fixed at a chair frame with its lower ends. The bars are resiliently flexible and provided with a spring tension acting on top of the bars in the direction of the surfaces tensed by the covering. Upper ends (9) of the bars have retainers (16-18), and a head piece (15) is attached at the retainers for forcing the bars against spring force.

Der Stuhl mit einer Rückenlehne weist zwei aufrechte, voneinander beabstandete Holme (8) und dazwischen eine Bespannung (11) aus einem elastischen, textilen Material auf. Dieses Material ist an seinen aufrechten Rändern mit Hohlsäumen (12) versehen, durch welche die Holme (8) hindurchgeführt sind, wobei die Holme (8) mit ihren Unterenden am Stuhlgestell (1) festgelegt sind. Die Holme (8) sind biegeelastisch und stehen unter einer Federspannung, welche die Holme (8) in Richtung der von der Bespannung (11) aufgespannten Fläche aufeinander zu beaufschlagt. die Oberenden (9) der Holme (8) weisen Aufnahmen (16 - 18) auf, an die ein die Holme (8) entgegen ihrer Federkraft spreizendes Kopfstück (15) angesetzt ist.
