Abstract (en)
The manufacturing method involves providing a mantle with a cavity facing an inner layer, where the inner layer is formed during extrusion of an extruded hollow profile. A blank is extruded by a die-plate (10) of an extrusion press to form the mantle of the extruded hollow profile. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an extrusion press for an extruded hollow profile, particularly for an extruded pipe; and (2) a heat exchanger.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Herstellungsverfahren für ein Strangpress-Hohlprofil (1) auf einer Strangpresse, insbesondere für ein Strangpress-Rohr auf einer Strangpresse, welches Strangpress-Hohlprofil (1) aufweist: einen Mantel (3) und einen Hohlraum (5) und wobei der Mantel (3) mit wenigstens einer dem Hohlraum (5) zugewandten Innenschicht (9) versehen ist und wobei die Innenschicht (9) beim Strangpressen des Strangpress-Hohlprofils (1) gebildet wird. Die Erfindung führt auch auf eine Strangpresse, eine Matrize (10) und ein Strangpress-Hohlprofil (1) sowie einen Wärmetauscher mit einem Strangpress-Hohlprofil (1).
