[origin: EP2165815A1] The method involves determining a flowing point defined by an intersection of a consistency curve (Cc) with a flowing curve (Cf) in a direct and/or by anticipation manner. A uniform concrete information is deducted from a passage of the flowing point when required. Difference between an actual liquid amount (Qr) and a nominal liquid amount (Qn) in a concrete-mixer is obtained after calibration of a corresponding concrete recipe from the information and/or from an estimate of the passage of the flowing point. A corrective measurement is taken on a concrete fabrication. An independent claim is also included for an installation for fabricating a concrete, comprising a concrete-mixer.
