[origin: EP2166171A1] The arrangement has a set of anchor elements (14) concreted at a distance to each other in a local zone for supporting ceiling areas in a ceiling and oriented transverse or diagonally bent to a ceiling surface. The anchor elements are aligned along a shear reinforcement element (12), where the anchor element is designed as twin-headed anchor. The shear reinforcement element is designed as metal strips or strut elements that are inclinedly arranged at an angle in an extending direction of the anchor elements.
