[origin: EP2166218A2] The valve (1) has a control valve (55) operated by a piezoelectric actuator (45), where the control valve exhibits a valve rod (29), a valve plate (15) and a throttle plate (10). A recess (32) is connected with a through-hole (28) of the valve plate at a side facing the throttle plate. The valve rod releases a connection of a discharge throttle (19) of the throttle plate with a channel (20) of the throttle plate via the recess of the valve plate during actuation of the control valve. The channel is connected with a low pressure return line (26).
