[origin: EP2166619A1] The device has a connecting loop (100) having a monobloc tubular body (1) with two end shields (2, 3) separated by a connection longitudinal slot (5). Longitudinal lips (6, 7) have lateral edges (6a, 7a) that are developed laterally at a distance from the connection longitudinal slot. The longitudinal lips have longitudinal extensions (6b, 7b) including cutting edges (9, 10) in a flared stripping and introducing mouthpiece (8). The cutting edges are spaced from each other and from a longitudinal axis (I-I) of the tubular body and the longitudinal slot.
