[origin: WO2008155112A1] The invention relates to a multi-chamber bag for use with enteral nutrition, particularly a polymer multi-chamber bag, comprising at least two chambers (5, 6) that are separated from each other. At least one of the at least two chambers comprises an enteral nutrient solution (A), while at least another one of the at least two chambers comprises a fluid (B) for covering the fluid requirement. The enteral nutrient solution in the one chamber has a higher energy content than the fluid for balancing the fluid requirement in the other chamber. Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement comprising a multi-chamber bag of said kind, wherein the multi-chamber bag, together with a transfer system (10), is enclosed in a packaging (20) in a sterile way.
