Abstract (en)
In a process to fabricate a ceramic casting mould those areas that are subject to the greatest or have greater geometric requirements are formed separately. The form is a modular component consisting of two or more modules each with a void into which casting form material is introduced. The voids have heat bridges linking each void with the other. Further claimed are a commensurate ceramic form and a cast component.

Die einzelnen Bestandteile eines Formteils unterliegen unterschiedlicher Abrasion und müssen in einer bestimmten Zeit ausgetauscht werden. Es wird daher vorgeschlagen, die Bereiche des Formteils separat auszubilden, die einer höheren Abrasion unterliegen bzw. deren Anforderungen an die Geometrie höher sind.
