Abstract (en)
The method involves preparing two veneer strips to be joined, and applying an aqueous bonding agent on an edge of one of the strips. The bonding agent is dried, and energy in the form of hot air, infrared radiation, high frequency radiation and/or microwave radiation is supplied to the bonding agent. The strips are joined at the edge, where the bonding agent is maintained at a temperature of 55 degree Celsius. The bonding agent is hardened, where the bonding agent is free from formaldehyde.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Furnierteppichs aus wenigstens einem ersten Furnierstreifen und einem zweiten Furnierstreifen, wobei die Furnierstreifen an ihren Kanten miteinander verbunden sind.
