Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2168738A1] The method involves pressing a non-woven fiber to a raw-wood fiberboard (20), and applying aqueous fluid (30) i.e. surface-active agent, on a part of a side of the raw-wood fiberboard. A low-pressure (ps) is applied to a part of another side resting opposite to the former side, such that the aqueous fluid is sucked in and through the raw-wood fiberboard. A preset amount of aqueous fluid is applied to the raw-wood fiberboard, such that the raw-wood fiberboard includes final moisture content after stopping the supply of the low-pressure. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a wood fiberboard manufacturing device comprising an applying device (2) a wood fiberboard exhibiting emission characteristics.
