Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2169084A1] The method comprises receiving a cold strip (1) by cold rolling, recrystallisation cooling and cooling of steel strips, where the cold strip has a constant thickness and stability after cooling over its length. The component is received by a mechanical forming process from the cold strip, with areas of different strength. The cold strip is subjected after the cooling and before the mechanical forming process in a first area that corresponds to an area of the component with a slight stability, locally over an energy supply arrangement (8) with thermal energy. The method comprises receiving a cold strip (1) by cold rolling, recrystallisation cooling and cooling of steel strips, where the cold strip has a constant thickness and stability after cooling over its length. The component is received by a mechanical forming process from the cold strip, with areas of different strength. The cold strip is subjected after the cooling and before the mechanical forming process in a first area that corresponds to an area of the component with a slight stability, locally over an energy supply arrangement (8) with thermal energy. The energy supply arrangement comprises electromagnetic coils (2) that are arranged near the surface on a side of the cold strip, a burner that is arranged near the surface on a side of the cold strip, which is locally heated after cooling in the first area, and a cooling device that subjects the heated cold strip again in a second area locally with a cooling medium in order to increase the stability in the second area. The cold strip to be cooled inductively or conductively heats in the first area. The coils are arranged in an array, which extends itself in transverse direction over a part of width of the cold strip. The coils run the corresponding form of the first area for a given time duration in order to locally heat the cold strip to be cooled in the first area. The cold strip is partially or totally heated after cooling in an oven up to in the range of recrystallisation temperature. The cooling device comprises an arrangement of nozzles that subject the heated cold strip in the second area locally with water or oil. The cold strip is moved with a given speed and the energy supply arrangement is stationary arranged opposite to the cold strip. The cold strip subjects with thermal energy. The energy supply arrangement is moved over a conveyor with the cold strip in order to subject the running cold strip locally with thermal energy. The conveyor comprises an endless rotating traction means on which the energy supply arrangement is arranged.
