Abstract (en)
The elastomer sealing profile (1) has a flexible reinforcement (15) for covering the sealing profile. The sealing profile is made of an inorganic elastomer, particularly silicone. The sealing profile has one or multiple hollow chambers, and has projections (5,6) on opposite sides to hold plate-shaped transparent components made of plastic or glass, particularly polyester, aramide fibers, metal or ceramic.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dichtungsprofil (1) aus einem Elastomer, zum Einsetzen in eine zwischen plattenförmigen Bauteilen (10, 11) gebildete Trennfuge (12) und zu deren Abdichtung. Bei einem derartigen Dichtungsprofil ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass das Dichtungsprofil (1) mit einer flexiblen Verstärkung (15) versehen ist, die das Dichtungsprofil abdeckt. Ein solches Dichtungsprofil verhindert Beschädigungen des Dichtungsprofils in Folge von außen einwirkender Kräfte.
